You can use a hairdryer, soak it in hot water for an hour, or put something heavy on it for 24-48 hours. What are the dimensions? The track dimensions are width 11mm, height 24mm. Ceiling brackets are width 20mm, length 40mm, height 7mm. Rollers are width 18mm, height 30mm. There is a gap of 43mm/1.69 inches from the bottom of the roller ring to the top of the rail track, and 22mm/0.86 inches from the bottom of the roller ring to the bottom of the rail track.

What is the weight limit? The track can support up to 6lbs per meter.
