Custom Linen Cotton Curtain for Rod or Track, Extra Wide and Extra Long, Cary Collection

Header Standard Fabrication with Grommet has an inside diameter of 1.6 inches and an outside diameter of 2.25 inches. The number of grommets varies depending on the width of the finished curtain: 6 for 42" wide, 8 for 50"W, 10 for 72"W, 12 for 84"W, 14 for 100"W, 16 for 120"W, 22 for 150"W, 26 for 180", and 28 for 200". The Rod Pocket has a pocket height of 3 1/4 inches and is suitable for a rod or rod with clip rings. The Back Tab has a tab and rod pocket height of 4 inches with 6 tabs per 40 inches and a pocket size of 3 inches.

The Flat Hook Header has a height of 3 inches, while the Pin hooks have a height of 3 inches and are adjustable up and down. Each 40 inches width includes 6 pin hooks. Panel width for Pinch Pleat is set according to the width with usage of 1.8X fabric to create pleats and folds. Each pleat has a length of 3-1/8 inches and a depth of 1 inch, with pleats spaced apart at 5.5-6.5 inches. The quantity of pleats varies depending on the width of the panel.

The Goblet Panel has goblets already set with 2X fabric usage to create goblets and folds. Each goblet has a height of 3.5 inches and is spaced apart at 5.5-6.5 inches. S metal pin hooks are included with 9 pleats for 50" width, 13 pleats for 72" width, 15 pleats for 84" width, and so on.

There are different types of lining available, such as Privacy Liner, Room Darkening Liner, Blackout Liner, and Thermal Blackout Liner. The materials used are 15% Cotton, 20% Linen, and 65% Polyester with a weight of 500GSM. The formula for calculating the single panel finished width is (Rod Track Full Length + Fullness) / Panel Quantity.
