Fabrication Standard Header

Grommet measurements of inside diameter are 1.6 inches and outside diameter are 2.25 inches. The number of grommets needed varies by curtain width: 6 for 42" wide, 8 for 50", 10 for 72", 12 for 84", 14 for 100", 16 for 120", 22 for 150", 26 for 180", and 28 for 200". The rod pocket has a pocket height of 3 1/4 inches and can accommodate both rods and rods with clip rings. Back Tabs have a tab and rod pocket height of 4 inches, with 6 tabs included per 40 inches and a pocket size of 3 inches. The Flat Hook header has a height of 3 inches, while the Pin Hooks are 3 inches in height and adjustable up and down. 6 pin hooks are included per 40 inches in width.

The Pinch Pleat panel width already has the pleats set, with 1.8 times fabric usage default for pleats and folds. Pleat length is 3-1/8 inches, depth is 1 inch, white back tape width is 3-1/8 inches, and pleats are spaced 5.5-6.5 inches apart. The number of pleats and pin hooks varies by width. The Pin hooks have a ratchet system for adjustability. Goblet panels have goblets and folds set with default 2 times fabric usage, a goblet height of 3.5 inches, and goblets spaced 5.5-6.5 inches apart. S metal pin hooks are included.

There are different types of liners available: Privacy Liner with a shading rate of 85%, Room Darkening Liner with a shading rate of 95%, Blackout Liner with a shading rate of 99%, and Thermal Blackout Liner with a shading rate of 100%. The collection includes the Birkin Collection, which is made of 100% polyester velvet with 40 colors available in 300 gsm midweight with a matte finish. The velvet has a soft plush pile with luxurious looks, providing light blocking, energy-saving, sleep soothing, noise buffering, absolute privacy, and relaxation.

To determine the finished width of the drapery, use the formula: Single panel width = (Rod Track Full Length + Fullness) / Panel quantity. For example, if the rod is 80" wide, then for grommet, flat hook, and back tab headers, order 2 panels of each 60-80" width with 1.5-2X Fullness. For rod pocket, order 2 panels of each 40-60" width with 1-1.5X Fullness. For pinch pleat and goblet headers, order 2 panels of each 40-48" width with 1-1.2X Fullness.

The finished length should be the exact measurement you provide. The measurement method varies by header style. For grommet, tab top, rod pocket, and back tab headers, measure from the top of the rod to where you want the drapery to end. For flat hook, pinch pleat, and goblet headers, measure from the rod eye ring to the drapery bottom hem. Subtract 1/2" if you do not want the drapery to touch the floor. Note that the color of velvet may vary depending on the fabric nap direction and computer monitor. It is recommended to order samples before customizing curtains.
